Italians wanted to utilise this platform, although little support was offered in the Italian language.
Solution
Assistenza Brokers srl became a referral partner to Interactive Brokers and developed +50 educational videos on the Trader Workstation (TWS) trading platform.
Platform educational support was provided in Italian 24/7, guiding the customer to the correct "how to" video that can answer their query.
